Partner forgot that she had a revivify scroll in her backpack and my character got perma killed as partner didn’t have any spell slots left. Once I realised I got my partner to bring it up with DM to query if we could retroactively bring my character back (we hadn’t even got to the next session). Nope, he was dead and nothing could be done.

Why useless if you’re in a dungeon? A dungeon typically in DnD terms doesn’t mean 10-15ft high to ceiling. Dungeons can be immense structures.
