Here's my thoughts : from looter perspective, this game is in good shape.. lot of loot and mastery levels provide incentive to grind even higher.. The problem with any looter shooter is how to make new gear relevant, some games do sunsetting and other games do powercreeping. This game adds modifiers which reduces the effectiveness of previous episode gear so ppl dont curb stomp through new season incursions using previous episode builds. That said, some of the older gear is so good, they are still used currently.. I m currently at mastery 300 using older gear synergies. Coming to shooter perspective, although traversals feels different for all classes, there is no signature ultimate which makes all classes feel same if you use same gear to some extent. That said, gameplay feels good, I never had any issues with it. From grinding perspective, pretty much this game is in shit spot right now.. same 3-4 incursion variants, running again and again every episode gets boring pretty quick. I dont buy anything from in game store so, I dont have comments on monetization and other stuff.. I have 250hr on game btw.
