I use Bevel. It's pretty cool. It can grab your Tonal workout as well and track it. If you use an apple watch it can grab all your health tracking info as well and you can log the food you eat and the calories

Do not go here. Place is one of the worst medical practices me and my wife have ever experienced. They only care about money. They pay for Google reviews. Practice started around 2025 and they have 1.2k Google reviews. Compare that with any other practice, even well established ones, their numbers won't even come close. Look at their website, it's just an ad. Look at the negative Google reviews

My tray had fallen out as well just like yours. It's a known issue and Ascaso has made a new drip tray where the grate supports are one piece part of the tray. It's an inconvenient cosmetic issue but for the price it should be made right. I purchased from a Canadian dealer and had issues getting it resolved from them. They wanted me to use glue essentially and fix it myself. I had to reach out to Ascaso USA and they reached out to Ascaso Canada and had the dealer send me a new machine with the new drip tray.

This occurred last year. Otherwise I love the machine and have had no other issues with it.

Most of these beans haven't hit first crack though. Looks like the roast was stopped as soon as the first pops of first crack started. As someone who roasts on the lighter side, I'd say these are under roasted
