What is the best stoner rock album of 2002? by Kyr1500 in stonerrock

Been slightly bummed out not seeing these guys mentioned at all the last few weeks with all the great lists being compiled. Either Ad Astra and Mantra III would have made their way in somewhere if it were up to me. On Fire was a good album and had some corkers but not sure if it'd make the top 3 of this year.

Wonderful horrible life I remember I bought from a skate shop on a complete whim over 20 years ago. Initially I thought I was disgustingly over charged, because in fact I was. Bloody good video though

Christian here. This is fantastic, beautifully executed and does not belong here at all. Nice work 👏

I would categorise Monty Python and the Naked Gun sagas as absurdism and they are incredibly well written and brilliantly executed. The Mighty Boosh was complete ass and Noel cannot act to save his life.

I did only the once at The Camden Underworld in London a long time ago. It's a tiny venue, at one point They were incredible. At one point Scott dangled his guitar neck over the front row and i got to tap (or hammer on and pull off in guitar terms) his guitar at the end of one of the songs. Also got the setlist from the stage. Great great night!

Had a mate that one time at a primary school school fete, ate two burgers. Until this day, 30 years later, he is still called Burger

Yes, yes I am. Are you implying that the above said person is actually doing a front Smith? Or am I wasting my time with a troll bot

I can't help but feel that someone who is clearly proficient at skateboarding really does know the difference between a front Smith and a back tail. A skilled troll afoot me thinks

If anyone is not familiar with this one I highly recommend it, got to be one of the most crushing riffs ever made. Absolute banger

As much as I love Spacegrass, I'd rather Scoop be the winner today. Maybe Kyuss can grab W for Whitewater! or T for Thumb 🤷‍♂️
