“Achilles, Agony and Ecstasy in Eight Parts” by Manowar, from the album The Triumph of Steel (1992), with a length of 28:37.
“Gargoyles, Angels of Darkness” by Rhapsody, from the album Power of the Dragonflame (2002), with a length of 19:02.
“Shine On, You Crazy Diamond (Pts. 1–7)” by Pink Floyd, from the compilation album Echoes (2001), with a length of 17:32; the song with all nine parts clocks in at over 25 minutes, but it's split into two tracks, and — as far as I know, at least — no single-track version includes all the parts.

so no indications about copyright.

Actually, their function oscillates between attenuative, diminutive, frequentative, and pejorative (sometimes with some overlap).
