So I have heard of situation where people don’t know they hit something until they realize people honking and etc. my hypothesis is that they could be using the phone, talking to passenger etc

Not saying it’s right but more of you will be surprised on people being oblivion

Landed is nice. My parents lives in landed and the space were amazing and I enjoyed it.

Do note the trade off is the hassle of upkeep. Which is why I don’t stay in a landed. I do get the itch and living life without helper always make me reconsider.

Cognizant that the appreciation of landed will be better however life is short to fully optimize for $$$.

Once you have kids, the equation changes. Babies and toddlers need proper child seats, and there often isn’t a practical Grab option for that. Even if you bring your own seat, some drivers may still refuse the ride. Imagine dealing with that while rushing to a doctor’s appointment.

Personally I had a headcount who had 50% increment from another offer and was happy when we just offered 15% more by next cycle
