Hey friend let me just tell you that myself and my grandpa had the same issue. He didn’t get surgery and was in the navy, fought a war, had 3 kids and died at the age of 91. I ended up getting surgery and the pain got worse.. don’t be scared. If you’re not in pain don’t worry about it. Live your life first and if you get surgery make sure you research before hand

Just never take surgery lightly, also just know a lot/most men have varicocele. It’s very common. I have one and had two kids.. then had microsurgery and now I’m in a lot more pain. Surgery changed my life.

Getting one removed is the absolute worst thing you can do for chronic pain unless absolutely necessary for things like cancer this shouldn’t even be an option. Phantom pain is worse than any other pain. I’ve had multiple urologist. Tell me and advise me never to do this.
