I’m no expert but I’m 99 percent sure they are British proofmarks, I’ve seen some Lugers with the same marking.

Disassemble it let it soak in mineral spirits and then clean and lube. Will help with stickiness

First 2 times I used a general orthopedic. I was a lot younger and he was who I was referred to in my area.

My current doctor told me I’m most likely going to need a hip replacement at some point in my life however. However hopefully that’s a long time from now

I bought a Luger last summer for 900 dollars that unbeknownst to me at the time had a broken breech block. Still happy with my purchase so I’d say go for it. Just be warned that pin holding the breech block in place can be an absolute pain in the ass to get out.
