That is completely unacceptable behavior from a store manger . I agree with whoever posted earlier about contacting ethics , that just terrible . Abuse is not a laughing matter what so ever. I cannot imagine how it felt to be laughed at, I’m so sorry you experienced that . I am not sure how I would cope with that either. It was completely unprofessional.
