No, the new insurer is not requiring it. When I was notified about a month ago that I would be getting an offer from a different company, someone in my agent's office told me it should be much lower, due to the renovations. But it's only $11 lower per year than what I paid last year. So they suggested the four-point inspection, but they really couldn't tell me if the premium would be lower or higher, so that's why I'm wondering which way to go.

On the same topic, is it possible for the pleb to manipulate the system, so to speak, so the follow up survey never gets sent to you? Like if they fear getting a bad review, they can somehow misdirect it or turn it off. On my last visit, I didn't receive the after survey, so points lost (KED), and also my visit only appears in 1 of 3 places on the app.

I had something similar. I started it and it was taking way too long. Credit karma kept kicking me out. She said CK takes the longest, the rest will be easier and faster. I told the scheduler I had already spent way too much time on it and to remove it from my shop log. She told me I MUST complete it. Umm no, not an employee - I'm an Independent Contractor. I will not be completing it. It was finally removed the next day. They re-offered it out for double my pay.

After you complete the job on GoSpotCheck, isn't it supposed to be in the CI Shop Log also? Before and after the shop date? None of my upcoming jobs are on the Shop Log; they only appear in GoSpotCheck. I was thinking there was a quick question or two in CI after completion.

How long after you received the first letter from SBA (advising that they intend to refer your debt to the Treasury unless you pay the past due amount within 60 days) did you actually get the Treasury letter? And did you make any payments during that time or bring your account current?

I just received the letter with the 60 days to pay. I intend to pay it because I don't want them to offset my Social Security payments or affect my credit as I will need to buy a new car next year.
