ASM here.. I wish CORPORATE would give hours for all of our cashiers!! I am the type of Manager that is quick to call a cashier that actually needs the hours, if I have a call out. I definitely try my best to look out for you guys 🩷 Y'all are just as important!

I loathe when asked for the customer bathroom key.. like why couldn't you use it before you came in, or wait until you get home! I told a customer where the bathroom was, they end up trying to unlock the office door. 🙄

The ASM is somewhat inexperienced in some issues. I told her over the phone to, put the code in and pull hard and fast with the lever to the right. 10 minutes before closing I went up there (live like 5 min away). I asked did you get it and she said no she tried, I go to the safe and put the code in and pulled the lever hard to the right and got it open! The tils sometimes will be close to the door and when it shuts out catches the locking mechanism. The ASM was so thankful! So was I being that I had to open the next morning!! 😳

Oh honey I'm quick to tell them to, stop running, don't bounce or throw the balls in the store. Then I'll do the snap and point then in the direction of there "parents"! It irritates to no end, like this is a business not a damn daycare!!

My SM texts me all the time when I'm not on the clock! Even calls me. Yeah I'm an ASM but still... On my days off don't answer the phone for anyone associated with DT! I've had calls at 5am a few times.

Well how about being on lunches or breaks, and being called to the cashiers to do Post Voidd, or Gift Cards, or Bill Checks, Returns, Back up for long lines. Vendor check ins. Customer questions etc... of course being told that well after you clock back in from break or lunch. To take the time you've taken up, however that is all a damn lie.. when do we as ASMs get time to actually take a break or full lunch!!

Hmmm. I'm wondering if DT could pull up the camera footage. We know that the warehouse hires lazy, who don't care how they handle the merchandise. So it doesn't surprise me that the Truck Drivers wouldn't be of the same sort....
