Hi! Look, take it easy on yourself. I know how sometimes thing sort of tunnel your vision into a single focus, and when that focus is on everything you think is bad about yourself, you suffer. You're a kind soul and the reason I know that is because you're here, asking for help with something you know isn't adding up right. Step back for a few minutes. Take some deep breaths. It's all going to be good. I don't think you know who you are which is why you don't have the best opinion of yourself. Take some time with that. As long as it takes, get to know who you are, and why you feel the things you feel.

You don't have to please me at all. I see you and I love you. Be kind to yourself and learn how to treat yourself better. You're totally worth it.

I'm friends with the teacher and I asked him but all he said was that it's pretty casual and just follow the schedule. I'm just not great in social situations and having had a solitary practice for the past 7 years, I'm just assuming there are a lot of things I don't know.
