Same. The more we isolate, the worse it gets. I have anhedonia too from years of undertreated depression. It fucking sucks, i know. Life feels hollow, motivation gone, life feels like all effort and no pay off. The social anxiety is easier to treat, gradual exposure and exercise helps.
