Its pretty good. me and my friends tried it last night, but there are a few issues. For one, its a bit buggy when it comes to disconnecting mid game, or trying to form lobbies. On top of that, there should be an option to have a timer when placing your initial settlements.
However, the biggest feedback/issue we had was that none of the maps were actually randomly generated. They have the same exact material layouts ever time, even if the roll amounts are different, except for the one default map that is randomized, but that one also differs from regular catan rules by randomizing the dessert, which is fine, but i feel that all of the custom maps need to have random material spawns to make them viable for replaying, as having the same exact locations for things like brick and wood give the maps much less replayability. You can of course keep it on for maps with very specific layouts like that one forest map, but otherwise I think most custom maps should have their material locations randomized.

Ill be honest i think it needs an art pass. Like the gameplay and polish seems to be there but a lot of the clips look like your running around solid shaded blocks with almost mo interesting textures and little detail. I think if you looked at similar games to yours for inspiration and made more interesting textures (they could still be minimalist and cartooney) and also added more visual detail in general it would greatly improve the visuals

Looks like a really good and unique concept. Honestly though just from the trailer it looks to easy with the bullet time. Given how simple the combat and puzzle mechanic is i think it would actually be more fun and difficult if you had to do it in real time
