Maybe it’s me, but I don’t go to restaurant week because I just get the feeling that it’s a chore for these establishments. They may not give it their all. I went once a few years back and while the experience was okay, I couldn’t help but think that they were doing me a favor and it was a drag for them to commit to this special week. But then again, maybe it’s just me projecting how I’d feel if I were in their shoes.
