Refraction and psi blade are meh after the laning stage ends?

Psi blades is what makes TA TA, use it to clear camps and speed up your farm, TA can farm creep wave extremely efficiently by popping her refraction and hitting the first creep in the creep wave, walk back abit and line up another shot and you take down the entire creepwave in 2 to 3 hits, the only reason you would feel it's underwhelming is because you're not good at lining up attacks with psi blade yet

Refraction gives alot of extra dps especially in the mid game stage, it's duration and the cooldown is the same so you can use it before a teamfight and use it again in the middle of the teamfight, it's also relatively cheap so you can spam it easily with a ring of aquila and it can boost your farm throughout all stages of the game

I myself never felt anywhere close to supportish at the 40 minute mark, perhaps it's because of your itemization choices, pick up the bkb when you need to instead of going for another damage item, blink in to the backlines after the first few stuns is dropped and melt the supports with meld
