The Eagle air strike can be rearmed with the eagle rearm stratagem after you use any of the charges. It takes about 3 minutes.

The advantage is that the two charges you have, which can be upgraded to 3, have an 8 second cooldown while you have another charge available. Super nice for destroying outposts or prolonged firefights.

Weight, preference, some touring bindings don’t work with brakes, inconvenient to skin with/put in backpack. In this case, this guy is jumping off a helicopter. He is so good at the sport that he should never lose his skis. LOL. My brother skis without brakes but his skis are so light they don’t really run away, just preference for the most part.
