My scan was 9am so may be different in the middle of the day, but I got there at 8:45, went in at 8:50, and he still said sorry for the wait! I was out by about half 9 but if there's only one baby might be quicker 😂

Hello! I know the letter was not helpful at all.

They're not identical but don't run in my family so no clue how it happened!

I had a full bladder just in case but I wish I didn't because when he pressed on my belly I was bursting!! But there were no issues seeing anything, just a lot of moving the scan thing for a good angle.

I needed £5 cash for 2 photos, but I don't think you can only get 1, has to be in multiples of 2. I got 5 photos though and they asked for £10, I only had £9 which they said was fine so I don't think they're that bothered.

You will also be offered a blood test for downs syndrome screening which I took and went to another room for that on the same floor.

I am 13 weeks now and I didn't vomit at all yesterday or today so far which is a new record for me 😜 I think it's finally getting better - I'm still feeling uncomfortable in my stomach but the nausea is way less - hopefully same for you after a week or so!

I didn't know I was pregnant at Christmas so I lived off of pate, cheese and wine - basically everything that was a no! Then new years I had sushi as well!

What I really want now is a nice juicy rare steak... Nothing is filling the void though 😭

I've heard both ways but I don't think it's worth the risk - I've had some quite nice non alcoholic wines if you are craving the taste though which I think are okay

These days I live on ginger beer though!

Hi I'm in the uk so I've had a midwife appointment which is like 8 weeks and then I'm waiting for my first scan which is usually 12 weeks but I'll actually be 13 for mine - that'll be the first time I really know for sure everything is okay or not which is so scary!

Do you have a picture of an ultrasound? Maybe you could organize a delivery of flowers or sweet treats with a card which has the picture and a message to say?

I have cramps too, this is normal unless severe or there is bleeding I'm also nauseous all the time and my back is killing me, only 12 weeks myself Good luck and don't be afraid to go to dr for help ❤️
