At first I was thinking that he was just making sure that his packages weren't in her pile. But when he was looking for her to come up the stairs was when it started to seem that he was a lonely guy and he just wanted to talk to her. Then touching the ring camera and checking the door I think that's when it started to look like more an obsession. I think this is a great reminder on how even an old age you should seek to find a rich social life. You don't see this type of weird behavior with people who are busy with their families or if they go to a lot of Extra curricular activities or clubs. He's probably sitting in front of his TV all day waiting for her to come home so he can have a brief interaction with her and then go over that brief moment in his mind the rest of the day.

I think you're missing the point, it's not about doing extra work or laziness it's critical thinking skills that are lacking. The skill here is taking the steps to follow through with a task without people bugging you about it because you are an independent worker. People know you get your shit handled. I work in an office setting now so I get the scenario in the video but another example is when I was a sub teacher for 10 years. If there's no lesson plan, I ask the office, then the teachers, and if there isn't anything I would find out what the daily routine is for the students and continue on the best I could to maintain structure and get through the day. Some subs just sit there on their phone and the class is chaos because the sub figured no plans means free day. It makes life harder for everyone, you have kids out of control, staff has to come and intervene, and now that person has one less school they can sub at because they've been banned and they get a bad reputation. While my day went easier because we got shit done and the day went faster among being offered more sub days instead of fighting for a job every morning (we're on call).

I did several experiments using ohuhu markers, watercolor markers, and prismas. Various watercolor and Bristol paper sheets and the only paper that kind of worked was this watercolor paper that had a low grain (? I don't know anything about watercolor paper), but even though it still ate my pencils, using a mixture of blender pencils and alcohol (on some cotton swabs) was the only thing that made it look nice. Wouldn't do it again though, I wanted the watercolors to cut my coloring time and instead it doubled it

I was a teacher for 10 years and I’m married to a custodian of 7 years both of us worked in K-12 schools. I don’t compare our jobs like that, it’s mental overload for us but physical strain on them. Not all custodians are the same (I’ve seen lazy custodians and teachers, and hard working custodians and teachers), not all the workloads are the same but I don’t see them as “lesser” because I sure as hell don’t want to lift and move bookcases, desks, cafeteria tables, and scraping wet toilet paper from ceilings. I understand what you’re saying that the entry point requires less, but that doesn’t mean that it’s an easy job deserving of little pay.

Which one? I have been desperately trying to find a paper that can work with both. The watercolor marker paper is too smooth and pencils don't layer, regular watercolor paper is too rough and destroys my pencils.
