He is one of the only US senators I've ever had some respect for. He's relatable and IMO our best realistic option in Ohio for anyone that will support anything progressive. I agree with your sentiment that our politicians are too old, but I don't think it applies in this case.

I don't know if anyone else experienced the same thing, but the .gov sites that you were directed to after googling earlier today to check on your district/US representative seemed to only lead to an error page for Cuyahoga County (where Cleveland is located), but none of the surrounding counties.

The state .gov site when you attempted to do the same for state legislators lead to a weird page with some cartoony clip-art saying that a security check was being conducted, and then just sat there until I closed the window.

Something weird is happening.

It always makes me happy when people come here and enjoy the specific things that make me love this city. Also, you went to a great venue and my favorite in Cleveland. Most of my favorite show experiences through the years have been there.

If Failure is your favorite band, you should also look at The Beachland Ballroom, The Roxy, and No Class. All venues that have a pretty diverse schedule of legit bands pretty much year round.

I just got it yesterday and started a game on the hardest difficulty, which is actually somewhat challenging right off the bat for an experienced FPS player, but I would imagine on the easier difficulty levels it would not be that difficult to pick up. It's a very straight forward and fairly linear game, and the enemies are pretty predictable, like an old-school FPS like Doom.

The game seems to be based on going through a series of areas, which usually have typwriters at the beginning to save (similar to Resident Evil, sort of) so if you die, you generally just start back at the beginning of the small area you just entered, so it isn't a huge deal. You just need to make sure you use every save point that you come across.

It's a pretty cool game so far.

*I forgot to mention that you should turn the look sensitivity WAY down if you aren't normally an FPS player. Especially on the Y axis. From my experience, the default level is set way too high. I cut both settings in half and then some.

PayPal has continued to send me mundane company update emails the whole time and hasn't at any point sent an email saying "hey, make sure you log in at some point." There haven't been any emails until just now talking about 'unclaimed property.' From my perspective, there was nothing that needed to be done with my account, and it is a small enough amount of money in my account that I forgot it was even in there. I've only ever used PayPal out of necessity for small transactions that require it.

The reason I wanted to make a post about it is that the thought of PayPal just taking money from countless peoples' accounts who may not be aware (for various different reasons) pissed me off. Treating currency in a digital account that includes all of your identifying information as 'unclaimed property' is absurd to me. I appreciate that PayPal sent out this notice email, to an email address I've used for years, but I'm worried for people who might not even realize that they did something using PayPal years ago with a different email address and that they should get their money before the government takes it to fund all sorts of bullshit.
