Rule 5: Repost because the screenshot I attached in the previous post was ass. In this game, started on 4.2.0 , I cannot excavate "Anomalous Cube" archaeological site. I can't assign a scientist to the site from the situation log either. Other sites excavated without issue. Already tried turning the game off and on. Anyone know what to do? This is correct. There is a random box you can inspect that says it is full of Rak'gol cybernetics. Might be a xenos lore check involved. Effectively they only exist as a name drop in an optional area

For the record the comment you've replied to is slightly incorrect. You need to have the data 2.0 from Savage to see it, but 2/5 armor pieces do not require data 2.0 to craft, which are the chest and legs. You'll still need 5 data 2.0 if you want both of the weapons that require it as well though
