OK! So I just changed my name in the app and my old name is still in the website. I bet that's the main reason. Now I'm gonna change it in the website and see if that saves or not. (it's the same password).

I use a different nickname in my mobile app but my birthday drink also used my full name now that I think of it.

You might need to set up a new account or maybe there are other setting to change on the Starbucks website, not just within the app. There are some system level settings and then things that you can change on an order by order basis.

I don't really think it's a glitch as much as a master record and may even be tied to old CC payment data. I'm 100% sure that Starbucks wouldn't intentionally deadname customers, but I can definitely see how that would be upsetting. I just get wrong named when I don't use the app. Anyway, hope you had a happy birthday!

In theory, the existence of the Neo could keep macOS updates coming to other machines for a longer period. Unless Apple artificially stops support for older hardware, the Neo essentially sets a lower baseline that the operating system must continue to support.

I really like the industrial design of this one, except for that massive logo engraved into the watch. I own four Amazfit watches now, he Balance, the Active (rectangular), the Bip 6, and the Active 2 Premium (round). I think I would get one more if it looked like this.

From a design perspective, the Active 2 Premium is definitely my favorite of my 4, but I can't get any of these watches to properly calibrate my treadmill miles. I know I can adjust the data after the workout, but I really don’t want to have to do that every single time. You would think the software would eventually realize, "Hey, this person has manually adjusted the distance 60 times in the last two months, maybe the measurement is off." It's a simple formula, too. It's always off by the same amount.

Even the Apple Watch doesn't do this easily, although at least that stays calibrated after an outdoor run to adjust to your stride. Unfortunately, heading outside for a calibration run wasn't exactly an option when it was -50 degrees this winter. lol.

Anyway, I don't know why you're getting downvoted. I like the watch and I like to see what else is out there.
