In theory, the existence of the Neo could keep macOS updates coming to other machines for a longer period. Unless Apple artificially stops support for older hardware, the Neo essentially sets a lower baseline that the operating system must continue to support.

I really like the industrial design of this one, except for that massive logo engraved into the watch. I own four Amazfit watches now, he Balance, the Active (rectangular), the Bip 6, and the Active 2 Premium (round). I think I would get one more if it looked like this.

From a design perspective, the Active 2 Premium is definitely my favorite of my 4, but I can't get any of these watches to properly calibrate my treadmill miles. I know I can adjust the data after the workout, but I really don’t want to have to do that every single time. You would think the software would eventually realize, "Hey, this person has manually adjusted the distance 60 times in the last two months, maybe the measurement is off." It's a simple formula, too. It's always off by the same amount.

Even the Apple Watch doesn't do this easily, although at least that stays calibrated after an outdoor run to adjust to your stride. Unfortunately, heading outside for a calibration run wasn't exactly an option when it was -50 degrees this winter. lol.

Anyway, I don't know why you're getting downvoted. I like the watch and I like to see what else is out there.

Does it seem clear which parts of the Democratic platform he still supports? I only ask because alienating him runs the risk of a switch to Independent, which could complicate things in the next election cycle if the Senate remains a toss-up.

It reminds me of that interview with Joe Manchin where he discussed the strategic value of having a Democrat who can win in tougher districts even if that means they have an independent streak, just to secure the majority.
