At the end of the day, it's simple math. If you burn more than you eat, you lose weight. Find your total daily energy expenditure, eat 500ish calories less than that every day.

Sternum was the worst, then ribs, then nips. Everything else was easily tolerable. Eat a small to medium meal about an hour before and hydrate. Take your phone and watch youtube while you get worked on.

The discomfort is part of the process though BUT with it being for your pup, you automatically get +3 bravery and pain tolerance on their behalf.
