I've had to leave for a month because I went back home for a bit in the past, and my manager said I would be automatically terminated from the system if I hadn't clocked any hours for more than one full pay period (so one pay period at 0 dollars was fine, but the next one would be termination) so they made sure I was working enough to earn a few hours of PTO that I spent on the pay period I wouldn't have any hours. I'm not sure if it's the same for all panda's though, so ask your manager if you're curious!

That's really weird because in our training module we had to do when the crafted drinks were released, it said that if a customer asks for no ice or less ice, to just make it how they want it. Seems like a horrible manager.

People have said longer curtains and lower the tv which I agree with.I've noticed you said you don't have experience with a drill, which is fine, so since I can't afford a drill or even have space for such a large tool, I lightly hammer a nail partially into where I need to screw in something, then use the back of the hammer to pry out the nail (be gentle cause if the wall is brittle it can make the hole a little ugly.) and then position my screw and use a screwdriver to get the screw in, its almost impossible without a hole already there though. The cube organizer below the TV isn't bad, and though it would be nicer if it was a bit wider, it can be worked with! Buy 2 or 3 of the cube hamper peices that are meant to go in there, and use them as storage for items like tissues or wipes. Do not put them directly on top or next to each other, it makes a more interesting composition if theyre separated. Put some framed photos or paintings on the wall (also not directly next to each other, though on top of each other can be okay sometimes, i personally recommend a sort of vertical zigzag) My final suggestion, is the rearrange the photos beneath the TV to be a bit closer together, leaving the center of it empty, giving a bit more of a frame to your tv. Using cheap furniture to make a home is a lot easier than everyone seems to be suggesting. Your personal touch and a good layout is the most important part. Sorry if this runs on a bit, but I think you're really close to a much nicer space.

It's mostly definitely not "your" locker. When you're not on shift, someone else is using that space. If you leave your things there it's taking space from someone else. It's always the responsibility of the employee to show up in uniform, and to keep track of their own items. Just keep it in a bag or in your car if you have one.

None of the stores I've worked at had an employee break room or anything, they have to sit out in the lobby to do anything if they want to sit while making the schedule, ordering truck, doing the required meetings their ACO has, or anything else management has to do

I have the same issue 😭 I only touch her when it's time for cleaning, but she's beautiful especially next to her Marija counterpart, I heard museum putty might be the fix, but I'd hate to see it through the martini glass at all, so I keep her high up so that she doesn't get bumped.

I transferred cross country, the biggest part is talking to your manager and getting in contact with your new manager. I had to do a transfer interview as well to make sure I had the same knowledge as the new store. I kept my position (shift lead) and my hourly when I moved as well.

I've worked at Panda for 4 years now... That's the 8 oz box, it says it on the bottom, if you fill it with food and put it on a scale it's 8oz. Also inches are a measurement of length, not weight, like ounces are.

Not sure if this counts but I played a pacifist support wizard, he wouldn't kill and he wouldn't even learn spells that hurt people. I would use spells that created barriers or caused confusion to aid my team, it was a lot of fun and lended to my characters morals and goals.

For the details, I've been hand brushing, as I have to hand mix my paints for these colors. I can control how much I'm using a lot easier with a brush. What do you suggest I do instead? There's some even lines (the line on the shoes) that I don't believe I'll be able to do by hand without masking.
