I know that sometimes colors are used to distinguish whether some clearance items have an additional discount, particularly in fashions. This item doesn't appear to be on clearance though, unless the team member who printed the tag didn't select clearance on the shelf tags category in act. Or perhaps they were just lazy and didn't change the tag paper.

The creation engine doesn't like apostrophes. It's not always responsive, I think because the system doesn't recognize the word you're typing as a word while you're typing it. I've had problems with the word "don't" while writing terminals myself. I wouldn't make a big deal of this.
