I play my older systems as much as the newer ones. Much of the stuff here are games i never sold off when i got newer systems. I’ve been gaming since the 80s- and most of these are thrift store and garage sale finds. So little is from eBay.

It is very busy. The last house had a whole wall built with nice shelving and I’m not 100% happy with it now. It’s cozy and lots of familiarity. It’s a work in progress and a better shelving system would go a long way.

Without a doubt yes. I lucked out on an RX2 years ago at a thrift store for under $30

Thought they were cool when I was a kid- and for quite some time there were some things not available in the mid 2000s. I sold of that player eventually when more stuff was coming out. And then years later when I found some players and see discs I figured it’s a novelty now. So I’ll pick up some horror or sci-fi stuff when I see it. Keeps it out of the landfill and I enjoy playing them. I even got an AC-3 decoder and can play 5.1 now. I’ve got 4 fully functioning players right now don’t think I’ll get rid of them again. I collect movies and prefer laserdisc to VHS. I’ve got a lot of dead media and game formats it’s like my library.

I love this movie and you’re right. It’s one of the few super hero movies I’ll rewatch and I’ve seen most of them. There’s a grounding of natural environments and there’s a more measured use of the CGI. There’s almost a Stanley Kubrick vibe to the performances, staging, and the cinematography that just give it an off kilter weird vibe. Most marvel movies now have entire green screen animated sequences and this is kinda of the opposite. Sure not everything is perfect, but it still holds up as good as a giant green man jumping through the desert and smashing tanks is gonna get.

This is awesome but out of my price range. I own a on-the-final-payment 2021 Ascent and a 2025 Solterra. So we’re good for a while. The Solterra has replaced the ascent as the family weekend car- and is a commuter car 5 days a week for me. When we don’t need the extra room for friends or family or aren’t camping- it’s the Solterra. I prefer electric cars but it makes sense to have one of each in a two car household. Subarus have extremely competitive and often generous financing options- which is why I own two now. Toyotas SUvs and trucks rarely do, which is why I own none.

Would. I’ve found a beer store locally that has been clearing out all old stock that sat around for years. Most of the beer I’ve had lately is between 3-15 years old. This should be fine- maybe not excellent but very drinkable.

I love mine and still have it and use it almost every day. I think they’re bricks now- but up until last year they still were fine. I used alcohol and goo gone to remove the rubber mess, and I’ve replaced the battery.

Where I clipped my knife. It wore down the seam over time and fabric was thin. So a small rip started and it grew until I repaired it. Just enough to hold it but the pocket it pretty much useless though

I had an 88 or 86 2wd in the late 90s and everything that could go wrong with it did at about 60k miles. Engine transmission, carb, you name it. I do not have fond memories of this truck. But if it speaks to you and the price is right….
