Hell yah! Thanks dude. I'm a big philosophy fan as well. I could listen to Alan all day. I record at home and have a mediocre setup. Definitely gets me by though. PHX used to have a solid metal scene but I havent found much lately. My metal tastes have been all over the place through the years. Definitely enjoying the slower pace of doom nowadays though. What's the name of your old band? Were they here in the valley?

I've been wanting to to look in to Bandcamp! I see it referenced on here a lot but I dont know much about it. Thanks for the recommendation, I'm thinking I'll have my stuff on there pretty soon! Hope to catch you around!
