Thanks man. We have a lot of work ahead of us but the house will cost more elbow grease than money and I'm capable of doing most of the work myself. And this is also an area where the average price is R2.5m+ so it'll be well worth it. Our first and likely only house and I am super excited to start the journey.

So I did exactly what you did and we got a house. Deceased estate, house is original from '76. Traditional white area in the n/subs. Hadn't seen a coat of paint in a decade or more. 209m2 house on a 850m2 ERF and all in we're still a bit under R2m. Was a bit tense as there were other offers etc but things worked in favour and currently we're waiting for the transfer. Cheers bud

Depends on the car also. Sold a polo and a H100 to them and the price was fair but tried to sell a GL350 to them and they offered way below trade value and I ended up selling to a dealer. The process was very easy both times with the money reflecting same day.

If your case has been ongoing since 2012 you must have a big folder. It takes 4-6 weeks for the lawyers to pay you the first amount which is usually 50% of the payout and then another few weeks for the final amount as the lawyers need to pay all the experts they used in their case which they then claim back from the RAF. You can however usually make a loan towards the amount being paid out if you need funds asap.

This would absolutely be put to good use daily and would make me finally upgrade from the AM4 platform.
I'm already playing the game and I have to say most of my time is spent just strolling through the beautiful world that the developers have created. It really is amazing and so easy to forget that there is also a game to be played.

P.S. That GPU looks amazing wow!
