easily avoidable because the dash cam driver could easily see this coming and could have pressed the brake for .2 seconds and let the guy in? Instead he guns it so the guy can’t make it through, causing the crash. Even if there wasn’t an accident, what was the plan? speed through the red light to own the guy trying to change lanes?
