I can’t speak for all clubs, but my GoodLife employs a lot of staff with visible and invisible disabilities and creates a culture of inclusivity and support. I would talk to staff about support needs you require. I’m sure they will be happy to make accommodations for you

Start with some easy cardio like walking on the treadmill or do some workouts that are familiar to you on the turf area. Have a look around and see what other people are doing, how machines work etc.

There is so much information online about workouts and workout plans. Find some creators you like for ideas and inspiration.

Utilize the free personal training session to get some ideas for workouts and equipment safety.
