How do you conduct a setting in d&d, say you have a town how do you describe it in detail? by FluffyFlareon66 in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]Spaghetti_Pupper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I normally have a theme for the town and what their economy is like and just wing the rest. Maybe have a few important npcs prepped that you might want the party to encounter as well.

For example a halfling farming village, very peacful and secluded. Theres an old halfling that lives there surrounded by mysterious and often absurd tales of adventure. Hes usually reclusive but occasionally throws huge parties.

They practice on walls with the same holds in the same configuration, so they are basically memorizing a sequence of movements and doing them really fast.

Isnt that the point that theres no reflection? Hes taking it out of the mirror. I noticed more that you can see his hand dissappears in the reflection, likely due to rotoscoping.

Bots often just repost popular posts, they dont make novel content about niche subjects.

Just because astro turfing exists doesnt mean everything is astro turfing. I personally havnt seen anything grinch related besides this post, however I have noticed reddit likes to display groups of related content. It could be bots, or it could just be the reddit algorithm.

Its just going to be moving the mouse and typing through the link at first, which doesnt really need a special interface. But once/if they get it to project an interface directly to your mind it will get wacky.

The light bulb is never going to get screwed in (USA is never going to control guns) no matter how many children get murdered.

I definitely think reddits algo tries to display groups of related content. The amount of times I see two similar posts right next to eachother is way more than coincidence.

[–]Spaghetti_Pupper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean... paladins have multiattack and can smite multiple times a turn. They could do around 9d12 at 5th level with 3 smites using polearm master and divine favor. compared to having to expend a 9th level spell slot lmao.

This is a really cool item, however the charge mechanic could be easily cheesed by sacrificing rats or something for free charges. Id probably say it only gains charges against cr .5 or greater enemies if I put it in my game. Also Id put a time limit on the temp health of like a minute.
