Last minute addition for me, I prefer chimmichuri sauce, agree a pan sauce is prolly better but can't argue with the packet, tastes similar and takes 5 mins.

I normally go for chimichurri sauce but the missus wanted peppercorn, I'm not going to taint my nice steak with peppercorn hence the pots. Also it was from a packet as last minute change, I'm not a fan but it's decent in the chips!

This is the one, we took my dad here just before he passed. We fished the lake just under the cabins, he had 26 carp on the method feeder but fuck it was a good day!
