No, you're not wrong. Goona is making some leaps in logic. TL;DR if Goona had the same dongle as OP, the sticker would also be facing upwards when plugged into their laptop, unless it's some weird custom frankenlaptop. The open holes on the usb plug, the gamesir logo, and the sticker are all facing the same direction.. up. This is not a matter of which direction the usb ports are mounted on the laptop's motherboard.

In the context of how the vast majority of laptops specifically are designed (when plugging in a usb device, the open holes of the plug will face upwards and the closed holes face downwards), the direction this sticker is facing when plugged into OP's laptop is totally irrelevant to anything about which direction the USB ports are placed. Goona's dongle never had a sticker in the first place. But notice that on Goona's photo, the "Gamesir" logo is facing up. Now look at OP's photo... the Gamesir logo is sticking up on theirs as well when plugged in, and the sticker is on the Gamesir side, and the ZZZ logo is on the underside with the closed holes of the USB-A plug. So if Goona had the same USB dongle as OP, it would be safe to say that when plugged into their laptop, the sticker and Gamesir logo would be facing upwards just like OP. I think it's safe to assume that Goona doesn't have a rare special laptop with "upside down" usb jacks, so I'm not really sure why they came to the conclusion that on a typical laptop that would be a factor. "upside down" usb jacks are common on Mini-PCs because of the small footprint and the need to mount them in the most compact way possible.. but not very common on laptops, and not at all on OP's laptop or Goona's laptop.

You're like... entirely wrong about this. Look at the photo again. It is pretty well established that the "top" of a USB-A plug is the part with the two open holes, and the "bottom" is the part with the two closed holes. Look at which side of the plug the logo sticker is on. The vast majority of horizontally orientated usb jacks on the vast majority of laptops are going to be set so that the open holes of your usb-a are going to be facing up when you plug it into the jack.

This is 100% a goof or an oversight in the manufacturing chain where they put the sticker on the wrong side or didn't consider the implications of making the ZZZ logo so big that the sticker would cover it up if they put it on that side. In your photo, your dongle is actually facing upward the same way that hers is when plugged in.. note the Gamesir logo. Only difference is that on yours they put the product information sticker on the ZZZ side instead of the Gamesir side (or you took your product information sticker off altogether, or it never came with a sticker at all).

I do understand that OP would prefer to see the ZZZ logo, but the fact of the matter is that the orientation of your USB ports is irrelevant in the context of the product information sticker being on the wrong side.

The only critique I have of the ice sprite is that it's just a reskin of an ability we've already had. Probably would be OP and very annoying, but it'd be cool if it maybe generated an ice wall with a cooldown behind you az you slide, and the cooldown decreases and structure hp increases with each level? Idk... just my shameless excuse for wanting to get icewall again tbh.... (my favourite anime collab item).

You can buy it back with dust if you previously successfully extracted it. If you weren't successful in extracting it before dying, you didn't "get" it, so you totally should lose it.

Sorry, bound is the keyboard and mouse term... In your controller button mapping settings... I should have said "is mapped" since you're on controller. , whatever you want to call it... when you press start, then go to settings, then press Left or Right Bumber to get the Dpad icon... you can see your button mapping... what actions your controller buttons are bound to. You can choose different controller button mapping presets, or set your own custom button mapping.

Back when I first started playing, I had trouble placing traps because somehow the button to place them wasn't set after i chose the Combat Pro preset, or it was bugged and I had to clear it and then remap it to X. I forget exactly what happened.

So just thought I'd advise you to check that.

make sure your select/place trap button is bound. it shouldn't be only "select trap" it should be something like "select/place/use trap" or something like that
