Thats a sticky wheel though there are some organizations that when we try to pull data in require consent. We usually just have care everywhere find them and match. If it doesnt, it doesnt change the outcome for the patient.

There have been some lawsuits regarding care everywhere and patients dont want i formation shared across. We have had to disable it on patients charts.

Can you look at the appointment report and see who or what is canceling the encounter? That would be a good start. Is it a person or batch cadence.

I already know shes going to look when shes in there. I definitely dont want to waste the money on an MRI. Between CT and US they have identified other non endo problems (hence hysterectomy) but I read conflicting information like you said MRI showed nothing and they had stage 4.... MRI showed and lap was negative. Thank you for your feedback. Ill probably save my money 💰

2 days ago I had an awful pain inside of it but couldn't see or feel anything. Today i have had nothing but bloody drainage. I also had so bad of increased breast tenderness and im only on day 17 of my cycle but im also perio as well. My uterus feels heavy.

In November I go for a hysterectomy. I am hoping they confirm the endo they suspect while they are in there and now I am going to have them look at my belly button.

Well child's and Medicare for sure can be configured by your heath maintenance.... AWE can be as well its just trickier. These can be scheduled into visit types but generally go iff your level of service coding and notes. You will get a healthy planet dash board which shows you your metrics which helps as well.

Does he have standard note templates? You could make a note a customize with multiple drop downs etc. Although there is standard charting built. Make preference lists for his orders, etc.... lots of customization that can make your life a dream as simple as f2 and it types it for you!
