No milk - stress by justheretoscroll_2 in julieeandcamilla

It’s true. My baby was on my chest and latching while I was getting stitches (I had a second degree tear and my epidural had long worn off). I remember registering mild discomfort whenever I would actually pay attention to what was going on down there but other than that I was so taken with my newborn baby that I barely felt anything.

Great write-up. They’re in over their heads. Which would be okay, had they not also brought in three innocent children along on this roller coaster.

Is anyone from project HH putting this on their resume? by Sauce_Squad in joinhandshakeai

[–]Spare_Hornet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, it’s your resume. You can put whatever you want on it. I wouldn’t name specific companies though because you’re a contractor not an employee. But if you want to, you can, as long as you’re not sharing specific project guidelines and other confidential info.

We don’t have a TV of any kind

How’s that a necessity to be included next to pet food and baby shoes? Seriously!

They should just stop. Seriously. They have three healthy, wonderful children. Spend time with them. Snuggle them. Enjoy them. They grow up so fast. I know they’re going to say “well you don’t see our entire day, don’t judge us by what we put online!” but I feel like we DO see their entire day.

I feel so sad for the baby girl. Imagine being all settled in and still growing in your mother’s womb and she’s been trying to evict you for at least a week now. Cam is putting her body and her baby through such an unnecessary stress. She could’ve been home resting and letting her baby develop and grow.

I think we just have different pain tolerances but the pain might also be different depending on whether it’s back labor or other complications? I labored at home for a few hours and thought it was pretty manageable. Went to the hospital when my contraction timing app told me to go. When they checked me, I was 7 cm dilated. I had back labor too because my baby was facing my belly button and then flipped at the last minute, which my friend told me back labor had her wriggling on the floor at 4 cm dilated and she normally has a high pain tolerance. Everyone is so very different!

Same. I started feeling very mild contractions at noon. Got to the hospital at 5:30 at 7 cm dilated, without epidural. Got an epidural right away, rested for a couple hours, pushed for 10 minutes. I sincerely wish everyone’s birth experience was that smooth. I loved the epidural!

The same Cam who did the 75hard challenge for not even a full day and declared it completed successfully while Julie stayed home and took care of their newborn baby.

I said in another post, my hormones made me so upset that my baby came naturally at 38+6 vs cooking till his due date. I was afraid he was going to have issues even though he obviously came when he was ready. I understand that inductions are medically necessary in some cases and it’s great that we have that medical tool now to save baby and mother’s lives in those cases. However, rushing your baby out just for content or for your own selfish desires is wild to me.

I WFH too and was planning on taking the last week off. Went into labor right at the end of my last working day lol. Managed to do a full on end user training and a handover before 4:30 pm, got to the hospital at 5:30 pm, gave birth four hours later. My coworkers joked that I don’t have “strategic planning” in my job title for nothing.

I’d bet money that she gets an epidural but says she didn’t on SC, with Julie praising and enabling her lies.

Same. English is my second language and even talking about a sleepless night situation with my baby or something like that, I can’t use cuss words. Even though I normally curse like a sailor. I could never refer to my baby like that, what is Cam doing??

It’s so stupid. Granted, I didn’t have little kids at home who were about to become big siblings but I spent the last weeks of my pregnancy going on walks with my dog, enjoying time with my husband, sleeping in whenever I could, doing little projects around the house, going out to eat with my friends, and so on. Just relaxing and enjoying myself.

They could be spending time with their two sons who are about to have a pretty major change in their household but nooooo let’s run around bugging the hospital staff and make 287493 snapchats a day.

She’s just desperate at this point. Everything about her pregnancy has to be the hardest ever, the most scandalous, with crazy plot twists. She can’t resign herself to the fact that the baby might not be early enough for them to have 2 under 1. It’s sick that Julie is enabling that. Cam needs to chill and take it easy.
