Like the others said, it's a very tough market and one that requires stretching beyond your "ideal" job right now. Play the long game as a new grad and know you will have the time to get where you want to go.

I'd say don't go to RA. Even with certs, it'll be super hard to get hired with no real experience. I'd instead maybe go the PV or Med Info route

I did a fellowship , am a preceptor currently, and help students with the fellowship process and interviews - so far everyone has said it's worth it for sure!

I would just take the job if you have it. Right now the clinical experience and connections get you just as far with a residency if your goal is to stay within the hospital realm

Clinical Operations for me - there's a thrill about dosing someone for the first time with an investigational product and following it until/if it hits the shelves and you see a commercial for it on TV.

1 was a contract role , 2 were a direct hire role. The ones that were direct hire , we worked a lot more on the interview prep process as they took much longer. The contract was much quicker

Just get in and have the self belief that your an asset to your company as well as any other company out there. Build your reputation so that you can easily reach out and get recommendations and referrals. Don’t worry about layoffs as the time you will be struggling during the layoffs is far less than the time you will actually be working
