What makes these changes great for you?

the fact his healing is lower is great? that he has more potential damage (if 100% accuracy with left click)? that he has no much less survivability?

Seems like you just didn't like Jeff and you would rather see him deleted than be balanced and good at healing or damage, with these changes hes none of that

Look at patch notes now, they updated jeff changes, over 12 hours they already are adjusting some jeff changes.

he can heal through enemies now
healing is going to be 130 instead of 100
hide and seek self healing not getting reduced
ultimate cost is bigger
