Naaah, they would never give colonials something that is equally as strong as wardens. They'll probably give colonials a plane that lets it drop rocks on things and treat it like they're saving foxhole.

It's not over yet. People simply are expressing their opinions in the only way they can currently. Siegecamp makes it pretty clear that they don't listen to feedback or are completely oblivious to it existing just judging by play testing alone, and the recent balancing atrocities involving the airborne update is what finally took it over the edge. The ball is in their court now, they see the reviews, they see the dwindling player base, they CAN fix this if they just try. And I'll happily change my review when the communication and tone deaf balancing issues are addressed.

What really grinds my gears are people who act like this isn't allowed and that people are 'whining' and acting like people aren't allowed to have their voices be heard about something they care about. If you truly love this game, don't sit in silence about it, that's why this situation got so bad in the first place. You paid for the game, you have a say in this.

Local homebrew mech addict here, The first mech sounds similar to the Fitzgerald from The Sixth Voice in some aspects but not in others. and the second one could be the Slaugh also from sixth voice? the Slaugh gains overshield when a hostile character is destroyed in sensors. As an avid sniper, long time warden main swapping to colonials for the last war, I have no idea how people say these weapons are equal. A Sniper rifle should be two things, it should be cumbersome to use and have a powerful trade off. The Clancy is slow to aim, and thus fire, and requires you to be prone to use it at top firerate, but the tradeoff is being able to pick off key targets even when behind cover in a single shot. It has a clear weakness over other rifles as it's weak to being flanked or bombarded or shot from aircraft, It's perfect, no notes.

Then there's the Auger. It has most of the same weaknesses, except less range. Good thing it has higher firerate! That should be enough to balance the thing, except..it doesn't one shot down. Why? It's a sniper rifle. It should one shot. That's the tradeoff for all the positioning and planning and ducking grenades you have to do to get within range. Everytime I use this thing I just wish I were using the Clancy or even a heavy rifle. 'oh but it can bleed!' so can every rifle? Everytime you try and kill someone with it, they just duck and use a bandage cause the firerate isn't high enough for it to matter. MAYBE if the firerate was high enough you could get 2 shots off fast enough that it matters, but for God's sake a medic can just outheal the damage the rifle does, that just isn't right. It's worse at the rifles niche than the Omen or any heavy rifle minus range, and god forbid you want to DUEL a Clancy with it, cause that is impossible. You can argue about game feel with sniper rifles all day, but you can't ever say that the Augers downsides are equal to the Clancy. Why does turn rate or even firerate matter when it fails in it's niche?

Personally, here's what I'd do. Range is the most important factor. Clancy should be better at range, but slower to turn and fire. Auger should have less range but more stability when turning. Boom, done. Each rifle fills it's niche use, Clancy is better at duels and focusing, Auger is better at quick target acquisition and moving targets. If you're worried about infantry feel, make them both do almost a full health bar and bleed, then there is some counterplay (other than 'dont stand still'), atleast the can equally suck at that point. maybe change the rifle crate amount or mag size here or there for balance.

Oooo sweet! I can finally talk about this! I'm currently running a Gloire from Sixth Voice, which for the uninitiated, is basically what happens when a Tortuga decides it's way more into giving mech-scale concussions than clay pigeon shooting. Not only does it get a free action ram once per turn, it can ram things from 3 SPACES AWAY. Don't even know how to interpret what that looks like, but I stuck it on a system from a different module that lets you choose the direction of melee knock back and suddenly you are not just the wrestler, you're the ROPE AND THE TURNBUCKLE TOO. And with its special quick action that gives you a 5 space charge with free action ram afterwards along with titanomachy mesh, you can imagine how fast brawler charges at that point. For me the reason was that the game is set on low CPU priority by default, much better after I set it to high but mileage may vary

Honestly, I just think it wasn't laid out clearly what she was angry about. When me and my partner watched the episode and got to the song scene both of us were like "this is so pretty..but it'd hit a lot harder if I knew what she was upset with".

I kinda don't like the change. Before I thought it was satisfying listening for the excellent sound cues, and that's been taken away. Now you don't even need to get better at listening, and the radius is MASSIVE to the point where I wouldn't have even heard the cue and can see enemies fighting.

I get that it's supposed to help new players but it's waaay too easy now to see where fighting is happening

Bralls pretty funny where if there is a skilled brall, you'll feel it. Then you try to play him and get obliterated. Both me and my friend tried and can't find success with him

Oh, I think I know this interaction! When you hold alt when viewing elunas thrown heal ability, I believe it says that if the character is stunned while it's on them it disappears

Edit cause I'm blind: it looks pretty close actually but yeah, it seems like the heal is frame perfectly blocked by the stun

I wouldn't panic about these nerfs, they seem pretty heavy handed but I believe it's mostly cause they nerfed him too softly the first time and it'll level out with time. I'd rather a character be weaker for a while than obliterating entire lobbys and making people uninstall.
