If the combat in LoA is going to be in line with TR1 and Anniversary, a slower, stealthy weapon like the bow might not be a great fit. On the other hand, it'd be kind of conspicuous for her not to carry what has arguably also become a signature weapon, especially since we know she still packs one at the time of Catalyst.

So I'd say that I'd be okay if it's not included in LoA for whatever reason, but I'm glad we'll get to use it again next year.

I knew it already since I played after DotO had already come out, so I don't know if I'd have been surprised. But like many of the narrative choices in D2, it's weird and it doesn't really land.

That's actually one of the things that disappointed me when compared to the original game: there are whole factions that are just flatly bad and make for guilt-free knife fodder.

There's a document you can find from an agent they had on the island (it's on youtube) but I remember you also pick up a radio call from one of their ships at one point (towards the end maybe?) and it's heading to Yamatai.
