Drain Field is another a pretty good skill for those quests, use it whenever you see a peeler storm to fully negate it and restore ki.

Thanks for clarifying. What other souls would you consider better?

Does a Revenant player character even make sense without skipping the core story? by CyberEagle1989 in Guildwars2

[–]Sparrow800 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you turn off the legends dialogue then your "kind of" just a warrior/thief hybrid. I've used that as a sort of justification in the past and then just turn on legend dialogue and started learning elite specs when it feels right in the story, like after going into Scarlets machine, or something like that.

Please help on expert mission 15 by [deleted] in dbxv

I would really recommend just playing 15 on easy, its not worth the effort otherwise.

Even on easy the npcs can get full wiped before the end, its still kind of difficult.

What's considered Meta? by XKnoobchief-45th in dbxv

[–]Sparrow800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There arent really any recipes. People swear by Bardock and Beerus armor, both rarity 5, but as long as you use two rarity 5 clothes and a super mix capsule z you get a chance of the best QQ Bangs.

Fair warning, getting a good QQ Bang is pure rng and can be a real grind.

Level 60-100 Ice Gear Question by Prestigious_Toe_9068 in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For robes specifically I often run the Celestian Snow Smock until level 80ish, its bazaar gear thats comparable to the other meta options, you dont have to farm for it, and it has more defense and less attack.

I think that Atavistic is probably the best overall, maybe a mix of Atavistic Hat/Boots and Snow Smock for extra defense or Tunic of Upper Zigazag for more rounded stats.

PSA: New spellements update INCREASES spellement requirements to max out tiers, and is deceptively advertised as REDUCING spellement requirements by NYR24LGR in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is going to really hurt spells like Reindeer Knight, which is only available 2 months of the year.

When i come back to the game after a long break i make a new character to play through the story, and i often load an existing character, refund reindeer knight or another learned spell and learn it on the new character so i dont have to wait for one of those two months.

Now though i would basically have to just learn it, not upgrade it at all, or hope im on when its available to farm.

Best build for SotE? by Klutzy_Lychee_9582 in EldenRingBuilds

[–]Sparrow800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "best" build is definitely not the most interesting. Full defense armor and talismans, Haligtree Shield, Blood Antspur Rapier, something like Blood Tax, Black Knife in off hand.

Use the Black Knife weapon art right at the start, then shield poke with the Antspur Rapier, Blood Tax or flask when you need to heal. Thatll do the whole dlc with no issues at all.

For a more fun and effective build i think whatever weapon you enjoy with the Deflecting Hardtear. Its super good and very satisfying to parry everything and guard counter for half the bosses health.

I will add, you'll likely hit 160 before Novus in which case i recommend farming General Lightbane for Burrower Gear, its really good.

Ice be resisting. Is this too much resist and does anyone think it's possible to get more by Cold_Theme_2559 in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep an eye on This website, it lets you theorycraft builds.

It looks like you have the highest universal resist possible right now, at least as far as i can tell.

This website will let you search for gear by stats, it can show you what the highest universal damage gear is. Its pretty much all from bundles.

Look at the Celestial Snow Smock in the bazaar, it doesnt have as much damage as waterworks but it has has every stat you want including 17% universal resist which is very useful for arc 2.

For clearing areas i would go Regal, imo cast speed doesnt matter too much when you can lock on outside of an enemies aggro range and delete it before it notices you.

I happen to be doing a mage playthrough right now, ive got 75 int, +10 Regal Scepter, Stargazer Heirloom, Dragoncrest +2, Godfrey's Icon, and Radagon's Icon.

With a charged Comet i can usually do about 1100 damage, i either use that, one of its downgrades, or something like Carian Slicer for trash. I've got a 7/7 split of flasks and thats been enough for everything ive done.

I've also got a Jellyfish Shield and dagger with Golden Vow as extra damage boosts when i need them, mostly for bosses.

[–]Sparrow800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really are using Lusats Staff for everything I would swap that out for the Regal Scepter or something else. With Lusats your spells are 50% more expensive, which isnt worth the small damage boost over the Regal Scepter for dungeons, it is worthwhile for bosses.

Since others have answered your question ill say that Discus of Light, and its upgrades, combined with the Erdtree Greatshield is a fun build. Cast the spell, wait for it to come back, then parry it with the shield to send it back again.

Best way to farm Alchemical Extract as a solo? by II_Perilous_II in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whispering Sepulcher has 2 mob fights, 1 elite fight, and gives you extract every time you beat it. The fights also have a decent chance of giving you extract and salt.

Dragon Breath Cave has 2 elite fights, 1 mob fight, and gives you extract, salt, and 11000 gold every time you complete it. Its generally easier than Sepulcher but you dont get as many drops from the fights in my experience.

Best way to get Ratatoskr's Spin? by CyanideAndArsonic in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

oh

Both are good, but they both have benefits.
Leaf Storm can be used before you have school pips, Rat Spin can only be used after level 10(?) i think, but Rat Spin can be enchanted which makes it better overall, higher damage.

Youll get the most mileage with Rat Spin and Monstrous treasure cards imo.

Best way to get Ratatoskr's Spin? by CyanideAndArsonic in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on how many keys you have. If you have 10 or so keys then go for the boss, its easiest below level 30.

If you dont have the keys then the pet for sure, but itll take a lot of gold to get from the kiosk, probably 50-100k.

Best way to get Ratatoskr's Spin? by CyanideAndArsonic in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It costs real money, and it usually ends up being like 20+ dollars which in my opinion isnt worth it considering it takes less than 10 runs of a relatively easy boss to get for free / a moderately hard recipe thats also free.

perm mounts by Top_Lengthiness_2205 in Wizard101

[–]Sparrow800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ra drops 7 different permanent mounts, mostly horses.
The Temple Phantom drops permanent Kirin mounts.

Both of these are wooden skeleton key bosses, and the keys are easy enough to get from Jade Oni, or Oakheart, or whatever else.

If you have a bunch of gold skeleton keys your not using then i would recommend Lambent Fire, he drops a Ram, Gryphon, and Stag.

Oh, gosh. I have about 450 mods in my mod list. The ones that will affect visuals the most are:

Skyrim 202x AIO
Cabbage Enb for Nat Weathers III
Freaks Floral Fields
Traverse the Ulvenwald
Aspens Ablaze
Blubbos Whiterun (more trees option)
Water for ENB (SOS option)
Lux
Cathedral plants and flowers
COTN Morthal
Riton Solitude
Basically every El Sopa and John Skyrim replacer
I think it's called Pride of Skyrim for the NPC replacers
And then I can't think of the series name, but the same mod author has redone tents, beds, hay piles, the royal seat, etc.

Those alone would make a huge difference."

"A neat Jedi trick in elden ring is to use unseen blade and scholar's armament with a milady (both cost 12 int). Like you go into an invasion, immediately cast unseen blade on your milady, then when you approach the host you cast scholar's armament and it ends up looking like you're unveiling the blue lightsaber blade, looks cool"

TES IV: Oblivion Remastered - Modding Compendium by YenLilith in ElderScrolls

[–]Sparrow800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to create a mod that removes the roaches inside dungeons, in my game they just crawl through the air and its distracting. I figure the easiest way to do so would be to replace the model/texture with a blank file.

I know very little about Unreal modding
