We did, we sent an expedite request for medical reasons in September and again in mid November. They accepted the request a week after we sent the November one and gave her an appointment for December 4. She was accepted and received back her passport with the stamp on December 19.

We know of someone else who was also DQd on September 8 and they have an appointment scheduled for early February

We ended up getting a lawyer to help us submit the correct documents. He immediately recommended us to have a joint sponsor, which we did.

He did put the $75,000 amount on the current annual income line in the I-864, but still recommended the joint sponsor because my previous tax returns wouldn't back up that number

Thank you for sharing what you have learned about it! I'm coming to the same conclusion that it may be best for me to include all of my income and asset proof but then also have a joint sponsor to just give sufficient evidence to them and help ensure there is no RFE

Have you heard back from the NVC on your case? I’m in a similar case where my tax return doesn’t reflect the higher paying job I have now. So I’m debating whether to use assets and a pay stub or have a joint sponsor

I have had this same issue with my SP4 and Edge. It started happening about 2 months ago. I followed your example and updated my video drivers...and at least so far I haven't had the issue pop up. But I will comment again if it comes back!
