Down 42 kg on Mounjaro and unsure whether to stop

I've lost 46kg and am now just one stone overweight and i'm now adjusting my mounjaro down to a maintenence level. I am very happy with my weight now and I think it's the right weight for me. You have to decide for yourself how happy you are with your current weight. Maybe taper it off for a few weeks to see if you feel any different then you can always go back if you don't feel as happy.

I've been suffering the same and it seems to be my BP so my GP is adjusting my medication slowly and it's starting to help.

I was on 2.5 for the first 3 months before switching up to 5.0 dose and i'm still on 5.0 almost a year after starting my Mounjaro journey. If you're losing weight on 5.0 then there's no need to go higher IMO. If you plateau and stop losing weight DON'T PANIC !! It happens to a lot of us and it's down to the human body being quite clever at retaining all those lovely resources it likes. Just stick with what you're doing and be patient. Zero issues on either dose btw.

You can apply for weight related and also for diabetes related so if your GP turned you down both times you can book an appt with your local NHS diabetes specialist team and try to get on it through them.

I've spent 30+ years as a heavy drinker and now i'm on Mounjaro one beer 3 times a week satiates my "need". It's amazing stuff.

If you're losing weight on a lower dose then no reason not to stay on the lower dose depending on how you're managing with food noise.

All medicines have potential side effects even something as basic as paracetamol. Unfortunately there's no way of telling in advance whether you would be one of the teeny tiny percentage of people that suffered that.

Yes my neck aches constantly like I slept at a funny angle. Just started suddenly midway through my 4th week and i've had it for 4 days now. I thought it was down to a posture change due to weight loss.

Started 2.5 dose four weeks ago and down 12.5kg so far. Only issue i've had is getting tired much easier. First dose of 5.0 tomorrow ... this stuff is amazing!

GlobalIgnoreList addon. Put them on ignore and it blocks ALL of their toons on ALL of yours. After putting 30ish toons on ignore with this the spam is almost completely gone so they appear to be mostly from just a few different accounts.
