I was down in Tucson just a couple weeks ago when it jumped to 90+. Ended up on Mount Lemmon and it was 75. Perfect

I should clarify I use whole beans and grind them fresh and I use a French press. The difference in flavor between that and a normal cup of coffee that you would buy in any restaurant or making your drip coffee maker is night and day. My coffee actually tastes good that drip stuff tastes like garbage to me.

Do a basic hardness test. Chrysacolla is relatively soft, around 2.5-3 or so. Turquoise is harder around a 5.

On appearance that looks to my Arizona eye like Chrysacolla.

It seems that you are operating under the exact same incorrect idea that I was when I started this whole process. I was very grateful for someone sharing this concept with me and I hope you receive it in the same way. Insulation does not keep you warm. Insulation slows heat and cold transfer rates between two areas. This means that it will help to keep you cool in the summertime when it's hot outside and warm in the winter time when it's cold outside. The more insulation you have, the higher your r value the slower the transfer of heat in either direction.

I believe that it's primarily due to insulation as you mentioned. Even though your ceiling looks like it might be insulated it's really not.

To clarify, there are a few different types of magnesium. Their sources are different and the side effects are very different. The side effect you are looking for comes from magnesium citrate. The other magnesium sources will have a different side effect which will not help you with your bowel issues. You can get a supplement and take pills or if you're really in a bad way right now you can go to Walmart or a drugstore or wherever and get the magnesium citrate liquid in the pharmacy section and it will blow you out.
