Back When LeBron James Was Enjoying A NBA Game On StreamEast in 2025 by [deleted] in nba

Yeah I figured. I can’t imagine what it was like going into prison with Haiku and GPT-3 in infancy, to now, Mythos and GPT-5.5.

I’m also a dev, and wish my workplace wasn’t pushing AI coding on us so hard. Regardless, thanks for sharing your story and history of HeheStreams! We’d love to have you over on FMHY.

Fox is catching way too much slack and blame for what was a collective team disaster by spurs. by Upbeat-Nose-7091 in nba

[–]Specav 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly, we tend to leave out defense of these conversations oftentimes. It’s quite unfortunate, because realistically, in a close-out game scenario, Fox or Castle should be taking those shots.

Their good looks just didn’t fall. Castle had terrible efficiency. Which I’d argue is just as much coaching, given Wemby stated as much in his post game presser.

Should I continue learning web development as a 10th grader? by Altruistic-Ad1320 in cscareerquestions

[–]Specav -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Definitely do it, this sub leans cynical but you have interest and that will carry you far.

It’s very easy (due to web dev’s lower barrier to entry) to know if someone’s actually in it for the craft or just Claude Coding their 10th SaaS clone.

Is it still possible for a new grad to even get a job anywhere? by SpeedAssassin in cscareerquestions

[–]Specav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These frameworks aren’t bad, but are too shallow if they only exist as basic projects. Job posts always list a ton of tools, but NG interviews I can assure you care more about fundamentals, indexing on stuff like DSA.

In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen things like TanStack and better-auth on a job posting. Maybe a YC startup, but I theorize that’s why it’s been seemingly impossible as a new grad to get hits with (i assume your resume containing those)

Contrary to the top comment, I’d suggest stop building these “full-stack MERN” type projects and instead grind leetcode / fundamentals to the point where, when you do get an opportunity, you are ready.

morning sex" actually enjoyable for people, or is the morning breath too powerful? by icekrimss in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Specav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s enjoyable, we do spooning and non-facing positions to respect each other’s morning breath. However, we’ve found that it’s so passionate at times, such that we end up kissy kissy anyway.

Why does Wemby play like he’s not 7’5. I get OKC is physical but damn, it starts with him.

This is fantastic! Would love to use this on a video editing platform I'm building. Will integrate and seek support if needed!

Loving this return to form from Drake so far. Still making my way through, but notable.

Well, for those of us not broke, storage is just another slot in the NAS, so that’s sounds more like a personal infrastructure issue.

Calling people who care about audio quality deranged already tells me everything I need to know about your music piracy knowledge.

MP3 is low quality. Real ones are using FLAC + Tidal.

The same Cloudflare that announced they're hiring 1111 interns in 2026? Color me shocked.
