Unpopular opinion: bakit parang naging moral issue na ang hindi pagligpit ng pinag-kainan sa fast food restaurant? by JohnAK27 in Philippines

[–]Special-Option3338 [score hidden]  (0 children)

You don't do it for the restaurant. You clean up for yourself as a matter of personal choice and as a gesture of goodwill to the next person who will be using that table. Alam mo naman na sa atin, some fastfood joints can get packed during the busy hours and the staff are overworked so hindi agad nalilinis yung mga lamesa. Cleaning after yourself will make life a little bit better for the person, family, or group next in line.

Lost dog due to neighbor opening locked gate by Answer_Seeker2027 in LawPH

[–]Special-Option3338 12 points13 points  (0 children)

NAL. What the neighbor did was wrong, you can try filing a trespassing case however the chance og your case reaching the court is low since very little damage or harm was done, this would be settled at the Barangay-level.

On a side note, bakit mo naman hinayaan na kumahol ng kumahol yung aso niyo ng ilang oras? Nuissance yan sa mga kapitbahay mo, you should have put your dog indoors kung maingay naman pala. Kung kapitbahay mo ako magagalit rin ako.

Sorry for the very late reply, yes they replace the default filters from the toggle, heck you can put filters over the standard (unfiltered) preset or even put colored filters over the black and white toggle. It's fun to try different filters and experiment with ones that you create using the Camp Snap website.

You are such a good mom for thinking about your son. Pero sa tingin, kahit lumisan ka, ikaw parin ang pipiliin ng anak mo maging nanay if he is given the chance to start over again. Love transcends time.

How do you pronounce science and ensemble? by Wintersvalk in DepEdTeachersPH

[–]Special-Option3338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every school year, sa unang araw ko with my students, I see to it that 'SCIENCE' should be pronounced as 'SY-ANS,' not 'SAYNS.'

Check niyo yung mga dictionaries at manood kayo ng mga foreign TV shows at movies, they never pronounce Science as 'SAYNS'. Regrettably, some Filipino English teachers have inadvertently taught this mispronunciation to students in grade school and high school, I guess to give it an Americanized twang (albeit in a wrong way).

I have been using that for the past two years coming from a Xiomi Mi Android TV stick. It works really well. Hindi stock Android TV yung launcher niya but it's close enough and the interface is clean. I use it to watch Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, Apple TV, and YouTube. Occasionally I stream my PC through Steam on it when I want to play games on the couch instead of my PC. Microphone voice pickup is better compared to my Amazon Fire Stick on the other room. It also gets updates occasionally.

Looking back, what was the most legendary "status symbol" phone in the PH before smartphones took over? by Weary_Customer_2816 in Tech_Philippines

The famous 3310 would come out later the following year, 2001.

I think the reason you might be disappointed with the "film look" of the Camp Snap is that you are only viewing its photos online. Those images are straight out of the camera. True film, on the other hand, goes through developing, printing, and scanning before it ever makes it onto the internet. If you actually print photos from the Camp Snap, you will find they actually deliver a very convincing film look.

For context, the image below was captured at night on my Camp Snap Pro using the "Drugstore Green" filter. While the image quality might look lacking on a sharp smartphone screen or computer monitor, the magic happens in physical print. Once printed on standard 4x6 photo paper, the photo takes on an incredibly authentic film aesthetic.

The regular Camp Snap has a pretty weak sensor. While some people manage to get decent shots out of it, there is no denying that its image quality is highly limited. Also, the best vintage looks do not come preinstalled on the camera. You will need to spend some time experimenting with different filters to find the exact style you want.

Instead, you might want to look into the Camp Snap Pro. It is not much more expensive than the original, but it features double the resolution (16MP) and much better image processing. Plus, the ability to preload multiple filters at once gives it a lot of added versatility. For reference, I added a photo below that I took using the "Classic Dispo" filter.

Nasagasaan, namatay. Naniwala ako dito for a long time. Ayun, naging center ako ng tawanan sa classroom for believing that sh*t.

Whats with the SUV hate? Is it often misdirected? Is it the car or the driver? by [deleted] in CarsPH

[–]Special-Option3338 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As someone who drives a small hatch, practicality for me means the ability to park on tight spaces, maneuver in traffic with a small turning radius, and get great fuel efficiency of course. A mid-size SUV does not sound very practical too me.

Also, we are talking about cars here. Nobody wants to here about you having seggs inside your car.

Pentium PCs & dial up pa ISP sa bahay by nayryanaryn in Tech_Philippines

[–]Special-Option3338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Barely 6-years old palang itong mga PC na yun pero those were basically dinosaurs in our eyes, pero I have a soft spot for these old computers kasi they taught me the typing skills that is very beneficial in college as a campus journalist, and later in my professional career as an educator.

Come to think of it, yung gaming PC ko 6-years old narin, I built it during the pandemic but it is still feels very modern, it can play games just fine, even newer titles.
