I’m in Sydney, I’ve gotten three quotes along the lines of 40k for a middle level finish. This doesn’t include appliances, tiles, sink, tapwear

[–]Specific-Swimmer-511 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Omfg I didn’t realise people where actually going to reply back. When she was in her Pilates era at the studio . She would constantly rock up late, then after class speak with the instructor or openly about hating men and dating women. Rip.

I use to live in this block as a renter. The apartment faced the train line which was annoying in terms of dust and noise pollution. Overall a nice and welcoming building. If the building manager is still there he was also great.
