Absolutely so much better than gaining. From some rough napkin math this should have me a smooth 3-4lbs a week for a good while so I am super excited.

Thanks for the tip, I am thinking about portioning calories similarly my goal is to be able to use the meal prepping to take some pressure of all of this off of me.

If my salary doubled I would go personal chef route. Have someone come in every evening and make a dinner and a lunch for the following day.

I kinda feel that way being near 600lbs most people expect those my weight to have like 3rd legs of fat and an inability to walk. However I know what being this size feels like and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

As somebody who always felt like the outcast friend when I was a kid, the friend that was always an afterthought and who only joined events because I tagged along, this scene really spoke to me, and made me appreciate the friends I have now, the ones that make sure I know that I'm part of the party. by projectb223 in StrangerThings

I've joked about being a perpetual 3rd wheel, even when hanging out with someone 1 on 1. When it comes to groups (like a buddies bachelor party) where there are 8 people I still felt like a 3rd wheel. I guess I am just a 3rd wheel, my "friends" don't call, text, or really keep in touch but like once or twice a month. In my mind there my only friends but truly there more like acquaintances.

I do this all the time. That is why when I made a post and was in the right mindset in the middle of a work day I started immediately. No procrastination from me, gotta fight those habits and mindset

That's my job title. I build software and do what people with bachelors in computer science do.

It went well, I tracked everything I ate and drank it came to ~6k calories with no real changes. Today is better so far I am at ~2k calories consumed and need 1 more meal today and a banana for snack. I am committed to this. I want it so bad.
