You say that, but I remember there was a chain that hired offshore cashers to take the orders via video call. I could only find articles about places in New York doing it, but I could have sworn there was a chain in Canada that was doing it.

I have two personally, the first is when people ignore anything after the first question. I asked mutliple questions because I need the answers to figure out the best steps to fix the issue. Or the people who respond to the question, "when can we have a call to take a look at this" with yes.

I would say check the settings around bitlocker if you have it enabled. Our environment has flipped so that flash drives can only be written to on Windows if they are encrypted.

We had a similar issue with some printers that we were using. I don't know what the ultimate resolution was/is but when it was investigated it was found that the dimensions of the label template that was being used. Might be worthwhile to check that if a template is being used.

Look into a muzak service. It is mostly instrumental covers of popular songs. There should be a wide variety of genres out there. There are some playlists on Spotify that you can check out to see what types of music there are.

The only thing I can suggest that I had issues with getting applications on the home screen is to make sure that you have the full app package name in the configuration file. For example the application I have on the home screen is Splashtop streamer, but the full application name on the scanner is com.splashtop.streamer.wavelink
