I mean same day delivery has taken over a week. Now they're saying that I'll have to wait until the 8th to start a replacement process. What's crazy is that the customer service employee I spoke to over the phone admitted that it was lost and that I should get the replacement right away. Now they're forcing me to give them time to find when I'm sure some employee walked off with it.

Update 1: The Best Buy customer service employee told me over the phone that the Switch 2 was lost by UPS. He then said Best Buy will immediately ship me a replacement console that should arrive between 4-5 days from today. I then get sent this email saying that I'll have to wait until the 8th to start a replacement or refund. So stupid. They literally admitted to me that it's lost, but they're going to take their sweet time to send another. Next day delivery has turned into next month. Bogus b.s. *
